1. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase at our retail store, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review these Terms and agree to be bound by them. Your purchase receipt serves as confirmation of your acceptance of these Terms.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to all in‑store purchases of electric bikes, scooters, accessories, and related products (“Products”) sold by TechLeader, Inc. dba Elecruiser (“Elecruiser,” “we,” or “us”). Elecruiser does not sell Products online.

3. Manufacturer Warranty Only

All new Products are covered exclusively by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Elecruiser does not provide its own warranty.

  • Elecruiser may assist with warranty facilitation as a courtesy, but all decisions—including approval, parts, and coverage—are made solely by the manufacturer.

  • Costs not covered by the manufacturer (shipping, labor, diagnostics, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase and require prior written approval from Elecruiser.

  • A 50% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

  • The Product must have 5 miles or less, show no signs of use, and include all original items.

  • No returns after 7 days.

  • Used Products, batteries, special orders, and sale items are non‑returnable.

5. Performance Expectations

Range, speed, and performance vary based on rider weight, terrain, temperature, battery age, and assist level. All performance specifications are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Modifications & Misuse

Any modification, alteration, or improper use of a Product:

  • voids the manufacturer’s warranty

  • is done at the customer’s sole risk

  • may result in damage not covered by any warranty

7. Payments

All sales must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • Chargebacks pause all warranty assistance until resolved.

  • Financing, if offered, is provided by third‑party partners; Elecruiser is not responsible for financing terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Elecruiser’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the Product.

  • Elecruiser is not liable for incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or gross negligence.

9. Assumption of Risk & Indemnification

Electric bikes and scooters involve inherent risks. By purchasing or using a Product, you agree to:

  • assume all risks associated with operation

  • indemnify and hold Elecruiser harmless from claims arising from your use, misuse, or violation of these Terms

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to your purchase or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Class actions and jury trials are waived. You may bring individual claims in small claims court if eligible.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
