Limited Warranty & Service Policy

All new eBikes, scooters, and accessories purchased from Techleader Inc. dba Elecruiser Electric Bikes (“Elecruiser”) are sold subject only to the warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.

1. Disclaimer of Warranties

Elecruiser itself offers no warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elecruiser disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. All products are sold "as-is" in relation to Elecruiser.

2. Warranty Claims & Facilitation

All warranty claims, including those for manufacturing defects or shipping damage, are governed by the manufacturer's specific terms and conditions.

As a service to our customers, Elecruiser may assist in facilitating warranty claims with the manufacturer. However, please note:

Final Authority: Approval, replacement parts, and coverage limits are determined solely by the manufacturer.
Exclusions: Elecruiser is not responsible for claims denied by the manufacturer.
Costs: Any costs not specifically covered by the manufacturer's warranty—including but not limited to shipping, handling, and labor for repairs—are the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. Limitation of Liability

Elecruiser’s liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid by you for the product, nor shall Elecruiser be liable for any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages or losses.
