Limited Warranty & Service Terms

1. Overview
This Limited Warranty applies to ebike service and repairs (“Service”) performed by TechLeader, Inc. dba Elecruiser (“Elecruiser”). The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for 30 days from the date you pick up your serviced ebike (“Warranty Period”).
This warranty applies only to non‑commercial use and only to the original customer who purchased the Service at our retail store.
2. What Is Covered
During the Warranty Period, Elecruiser may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace defective:

frame
-
fork
-
stem
-
handlebar
-
headset
-
seat post
-
saddle
-
lights
-
bottom bracket
-
crank set
-
pedals
-
rims
-
wheel hub
-
freewheel
-
cassette
-
derailleur
-
shifter
-
motor
-
throttle
-
controller
-
wiring harness
-
LCD display
-
kickstand
-
reflectors
-
hardware
-
labor associated with the Service
These items are collectively referred to as Covered Components.
3. What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
-
normal wear and tear
-
consumables (tires, tubes, brake pads, cables, grips, chains, spokes)
-
damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, water exposure, improper maintenance, or failure to follow the owner’s manual
-
alterations, modifications, or installation of incompatible parts
-
extreme riding, stunt riding, or commercial use
-
unauthorized repairs or unauthorized parts
-
batteries damaged by misuse, improper charging, or water exposure
-
any product that is not an ebike
-
ebikes purchased or serviced for commercial, government, industrial, or agricultural use
Elecruiser has sole discretion to determine whether damage or defects are covered.
4. Chargebacks
If a credit card chargeback is filed on an ebike purchase and you still possess the ebike, this Limited Warranty is suspended until the chargeback is resolved.
5. Warranty Claims Process
To request warranty service:

Contact Elecruiser Technical Support at (561) 680‑2453 or info@elecruiser.com.

Provide photos or video of the issue. Elecruiser will not replace any Covered Component without visual confirmation.

If a Covered Component requires replacement, Elecruiser will provide instructions.

All warranty repairs must be performed at Elecruiser’s location: 1954 NE 5th Ave, Boca Raton, FL 33431. Third‑party repairs are not covered.

You are responsible for shipping costs for returning any Covered Component unless Elecruiser agrees otherwise in writing.

Replacement parts approved under warranty will be shipped only to the original purchaser’s address.
6. Limitation of Liability
Your exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty is repair or replacement of a Covered Component.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Elecruiser’s liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the ebike or Service.

Elecruiser is not liable for incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Some states do not allow certain exclusions, so these limitations may not apply to you.
7. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, Elecruiser disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, for the duration of this Limited Warranty.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so this may not apply to you.
8. Unclaimed Service Items
Items left uncollected for more than 5 days incur a $20 per day storage fee.
Items left uncollected for 30 days are considered abandoned and become the property of Elecruiser for disposal at our discretion.
9. Your Legal Rights
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights depending on your state.
